Hello, I'm Ali, a Pilates, fitness coach and expert in training women over the age of 40.

I can help you learn to love exercise, boost your mood and build confidence in your own body so that you feel fantastic!

I strongly believe that we can be fitter, stronger, healthier and feel fabulous as we get older and that our midlife years can be a time of positive change.
