Have you started a healthy eating plan or an exercise plan?
But then did you have a bad day or week?
BEING TIRED is usually the #1 reason why

Did you reduce sugar and then grab a chocolate bar when you were tired?
Did you work out for a month consistently and then have too much going on, were you just so tired and took a day off that quickly turned into a week off?
Did you then feel bad, talk negatively to yourself and then think, what's the point, I might as well eat rubbish, I might as well not bother at all with exercise!
STOP
Do not let one bad day or week or even month stop you from continuing with the progress you've made so far
Here are some ideas to help
WHEN YOU ARE TIRED
FOOD
Your body will automatically reach for sugary and fatty snacks, it naturally is wanting energy and it knows how to get it fast! So make sure you have healthy sweet and healthy fatty snacks in the house ready to go.
Power balls made of prunes/dates, seeds and nuts and nut butters are the BEST choice. You're getting your sugar hit that you crave but it's on the healthier end and it will give your body the energy it is craving
EXERCISE
I would suggest just pushing yourself to exercise because once you are doing it, you will feel great.
But if you are very tired, just do something. Don't go and run 10k, but maybe get out and walk for 20/30 minutes.
No, you haven't done what you had promised yourself, but just doing something will change your mindset, it will help you feel more positive, it will give you more energy and it will stop you guilt tripping yourself
GUILT TRIPPING
Treat yourself like you're 8
Falling off the wagon will automatically make most people feel bad, they will feel guilty and feel that they have let themselves down.
STOP

If your 8 year old son had been trying really hard at school getting great grades and then came home with a D and was upset, would you give them a hard time?
No you'd give them a hug, tell them how well they'd done so far, everyone has a bad day and tomorrow is a new day. Come on, you can do this!
Now go and do the same for yourself. Because if you don't and you are being hard on yourself, your bad day will easily turn into a bad week and even month!
Don't let one slip up, mess up all the hard work you've put in so far. Come in, fresh mindset. You can do this
