EPSOM SALTS & MAGNESIUM
Did you know that you can get a good dose of magnesium into your body by relaxing in a bath of Epsom salts?
One of the main reasons Epsom Salts are believed to be beneficial to health is because of their high concentration of magnesium and as many people have a deficiency in this mineral, having a boost of magnesium has many health benefits.
Leafy green vegetables like rocket, watercress or kale and wholegrains like brown or wholemeal bread are all great sources of magnesium.
But did you know that that treating yourself to an Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) bath or foot bath for about 20 minutes is just as good for you because the magnesium will absorb through the skin.
